IT's time to pick up awards for a pack meeting and you will need to go down to council and get them. Once you arrive you realize you have forgotten your advancement report. This report is a list of all the awards you are picking up for your cub scouts. There is a way to print this out online and here are the instructions.
Two ways to Print an advancement report:
1.
Open Internet Explorer
Go to : https://myscouting.scouting.org/Pages/Home.aspx and log in; Under Unit Tools on the left
click Internet Advancement
OR
Go to your council website and look for Internet Advancement
option

Log-in to Internet advancement as a first time
user. You will need a UNIT ID CODE, and
Pack number then you can create a password.
When you log-in again you can log-in as a returning user.
3.
Click continue and Load Roster ; On your roster
you will have for buttons to add Ranks, Activity Badges, Awards and Belt Loops
This will give you an opportunity to add:
Ranks (Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos)
Activity
Badges for Webelos (aquanaut,
athlete,
fitness,
sportsman,
artist,
scholar,
showman,
traveler,
citizen,communicator,
family member,
readyman ,
craftsman,
engineer,
handyman,
scientist,
outdoor group,
forester,
geologist,
naturalist,
outdoorsman)
Awards
(arrow points, outdoor activity badge, emergency preparedness, leave no trace,
whittling chip and world conservation award)
4.
Once you’ve entered all the dates for all the
cub scouts, click save. When you are
back at the roster click next. Then you
can submit to council and print a copy to take down with you to pick up your
awards. Always keep a copy for your
records.
